Behind every Mibec project is our hands-on team with extensive sector experience and a proven track record delivering buffer tank and pre-insulated pipe solutions across a wide range of renewable and district heating applications. From technical support and design advice to fast, dependable supply, we’re here to make your project run smoothly from first conversation to final delivery.

  • Mitch Cadd (Founder) – Established Mibec in 2010 with a focus on practical, buffer tank and pipe solutions.

  • Mark Chisnall (Managing Director) – Leads day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered with the right products, support and service.

  • John Ruane (Finance) - Our finance lead who is responsible for invoicing, payment queries, budget coordination and keeping the financial side of projects running smoothly.

  • Matt Baxendale (Sales) – A trusted point of contact for quotations, product selection and keeping installations moving.
