Our tank specifications are fully customisable to meet exact project requirements; for example, baffles and coils can be added to link to existing systems and heat loads. Flow and return connections can also be selected to meet customer requirements, including different sizes, for example, Female equivalent flanged BSP threads or connections.
Our bespoke service accommodates a wide range of capacities, from compact vessels of just 100 litres through to large buffer tanks of up to 300,000 litres, with 100,000 litres often representing the most practical size for standard site delivery. This flexibility allows us to provide a tailored solution where standard off-the-shelf tanks are unsuitable. Tailored Tank Solutions for Every Application
Our bespoke buffer vessels are manufactured to suit the specific demands of your application. Most LTHW and CHW vessels are produced in mild steel, while process vessels are typically manufactured in stainless steel. Where additional corrosion protection is required, we can also supply fully galvanised vessels to extend service life.
As no two projects are the same, we manufacture vessels to your specification, with maximum working pressures up to 15 bar. Every bespoke tank is pressure tested prior to despatch in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), ensuring compliance and peace of mind.
During the design stage, we can incorporate diffusers to reduce flow velocity and distribute water evenly, or baffles to enhance temperature stratification within the vessel. Insulation is selected to suit the system’s operating temperatures, and we offer a wide choice of outer casing finishes, depending on whether the vessel will be installed internally or externally.
